Bridging business requirements and real-world technology

Vaishnavi Jaiswal

I'm a technology and digital product person — I work across web, UI/UX and AI, and I'm most useful in the space between what a business needs and what actually has to be built. During my internship at Difmo I worked on live client platforms rather than classroom exercises: gathering requirements, coordinating between business and technical teams, testing builds, troubleshooting issues and following problems through until they were solved.

Alongside client work I build my own web and AI/GenAI projects to learn technologies hands-on. Currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science at Uttaranchal University, Dehradun.

My contribution Website development and design, UI/UX and page layouts, feature management and testing, content and article management, and admin-panel operations — working directly with developers through implementation and testing on mobile and desktop.

AI Product Design Intern

  • Supported delivery of AI-assisted product features on PressHop — translating requirements into clear technical tasks, testing behaviour against real use cases, and reporting issues back to the engineering team.
  • Coordinated between business requirements, product behaviour and on-ground operational realities on platforms where technology has to hold up in the field.
  • Led technical troubleshooting, regression testing, bug triage and build validation during rapid feature releases.
  • Took ownership of tasks end-to-end rather than only completing assigned work — requirements gathering → coordination → implementation support → stakeholder reporting.
